Pricie your holiday accommmodation in Ordis

Finca Carolina is aituated in the town of Ordis, close to the city of Figueres in the rural Costa Brava district of Alt Empordá. The Villa offers self catering accommodation in a luxurious Villa for 8 - 10 people.

Remember that the country has experienced a severe drought in recent years please use water considerately and appropriately.

What is included?

All prices shown in our brochure and on our website are the weekly property rental and are not per person prices. Included in the weekly property rental:
o Accommodation as described including services (gas, water and electricity)
o Bed linen, bath towels (remember to pack your beach towels) and tea towels
o Sole use of the property
o Garden furniture (sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs)
o Property cleaned and prepared for your arrival with beds made up

Cleaning

The Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again upon departure. Self catering holiday provision is based upon the assumption that you are responsible for the day to day cleaning of your accommodation. Should you require more frequent maid service this can be arranged for you at an additional cost. Contact us with any requests you may have.


Maintainance

The Villa has been recently renovated and all fixtures and fittings are in working order.Please respect our home as if it was your own. An inspection of the Villa will occur before you commence your holiday and again upon departure. All damage must be paid for by those responsible should any occur.


Confirmation of your Booking

When you confirm your booking you will be required to pay a deposit of £250.The final balance is payable ten weeks prior to departure.Full payment is required where your holiday departure date is within ten weeks. An invoice confirming all details will be sent to you. This will include a returnable Security Deposit.


How to pay

Payment will be agreed and arranged with the owners at the time of booking your holiday.
